Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

I used to love this place when it first opened and had been a member for over three years. Unfortunately, over the past several months, my experience has gone downhill. On numerous occasions, I've paid for one wash but received a different one. The drying wheel rarely seems to work properly, and after one of my recent washes, my truck was left with significant swirl marks in the paint. The final incident was the last straw. I have a truck with a ladder rack that had been approved by the manager, and I had successfully gone through this wash more than 50 times without any issues. During my most recent visit, the employees incorrectly operated the wash. They failed to properly retract the overhead bar and also allowed the vehicle behind me to get within about two feet of my truck instead of maintaining a safe distance. As my truck continued through the wash, the overhead wash bar came down onto the bed of my truck, ripped my entire ladder rack off, damaged my truck, and completely destroyed the rack. Their response was simply that it "wasn't their fault." However, this incident was entirely preventable and was the direct result of employee error. It was the staff's responsibility

I remember this place opened up and I feel like they have continued to improve their service over the years. Now on top of that, today when I came at 1:40, the black gentleman working the payment booth was going above and beyond for the person in front of me and was very kind and friendly with his service for everyone (and I apologize for not getting his name). On top of that I appreciate the more recent addition of having the guys scrub the grill of the car well before entering the machine. Overall always a great experience!

These guys are great. Wash is effective , vaccums haven't left me with any complaints. Staff is professional but they try to enjoy their time there. Mike killls it there , hes always happy to see his regulars! The account system needs help though . I find myself in the little office having to renew or reactivate one of our wash plans about once every three weeks . We like the people there so are willing to put up woth it. I get thats above the fellas pay grade at the site but Tidal Wave as a whole will lose customers if they don't get that one figured out. All the best

Last month I went to another all inclusive car wash, because it was on my way home. NEVER again. Tidal wave is who we will use from now on. Kayden helped us this time, what a sweet young man! Here is my caveat though, every employee we have come in contact with has greeted us with a smile and the best customer service. In my humble experience this only happens when the culture from the top down is one of respect so that it is a joy to come to work. Fantastic job Tidal Wave, you have loyal customers now.

I had a fantastic experience! The wash was great and my car looked great, but the exceptional service from Kayden really stood out. He went out of his way to help me decide on the right wash for my car, and his professionalism and great attitude were so impressive that I decided to sign up for a monthly membership! It’s rare to see that level of helpfulness! I highly recommend this car wash!
